We have 24-hour emergency maintenance, and should you require assistance, we can be reached after hours through our answering service. We're proud to be able to offer you heated, indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, wet and dry saunas, a fitness facility, clubhouse with full kitchen, and billiard room. We also have two large laundry facilities with five washers and six dryers. Our controlled access gates require a code to enter the community as well as a seperate key to enter the building itself. Close to grocery stores, service stations, convenience stores, and numerous restaurants, both fast-food and sit down, banks and other amenities, we are also close to Kirkland Air Force Base and other employers. Just down the road is USA Storage. We offer the finest in comfortable high-rise living!
Pet Policy:
We welcome pets up to 30 lbs. at maturity and have a designated pet walk area set aside for them. Limit one pet per apartment. $200 pet deposit plus $100 fee and $10 per month pet rent.
